  All the staff were very helpful and keen to put together an honest and sensible deal without pressurising at all. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and was even quite happy to part with my hard earned cash! That must be the hallmark of good customer service. The handover was very smooth with sufficient time allocated to make the customer feel at ease and able to ask all the sometimes very basic but important questions about a new vehicle. Particular thanks to Anthony for his patience, willingness to please and general customer care.

  Absolutly shocking performance brought a vehicle from David Wood paid my deposit when I was coming to pick it up the following week he said the vehicle was no longer available. Sold for more profit with no concern to the original customer. This is not how I would expect a land rover main dealer to behave. To make things worst I was told I need to wait to get back my £1000 deposit. No morals just interested in money
